What kind of clean?
Starting prices
One-time visit, before HST, for a home in normal condition. Weekly visits are 20% less, every two weeks 15% less, every four weeks 10% less, starting from the second visit.

Houses cost a little more than condos of the same size: stairs, more windows, more baseboards. Detached and semi-detached homes add $15, plus $20 for each floor above the first. A finished basement is $89.

Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key with the concierge, use a lockbox or share a door code. Add the details when you book.
What's the difference between standard and deep?
Standard keeps a home in good shape. Deep adds the slow work: scrubbing grout and soap scum, wiping every door, switch and baseboard, and degreasing the kitchen. We suggest deep for a first visit if the home hasn't been cleaned professionally in a while.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, all products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop. Ask for eco products only for $15.
Do you clean offices?
Yes, by the hour: $55 per cleaner-hour with a 3-hour minimum, evenings and weekends available. Message us with the size and how often.
What about pets?
We love them. If yours sheds a lot, add the pet hair extra so we bring the right tools and time.
Why is my price "to be confirmed"?
Homes over 4,000 sq ft, homes in very heavy condition, post-construction jobs and areas outside our zones need a quick look at photos first. Send them on WhatsApp and we confirm the price the same day.
